Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Travexl (“we,” “our,” “us”)—a hosted booking platform built for travel agencies. By using Travexl, you (“Agency,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to the following terms.

1. Service Overview

Travexl provides a fully branded, hosted booking solution that includes:

A booking interface for your customers
Centralized dashboard to manage bookings, inventory, users, and reports
Optional modules such as mobile apps, online payments, and AI-powered tools
Each agency receives its own dedicated instance, allowing for configuration and select customizations.

2. Subscription and Billing

A one-time license fee covers platform setup and access to core features for 12 months.
An annual maintenance charge will apply to continue hosting, security updates, and system support beyond the first year.
Optional add-ons, extra pages, and custom integrations are quoted and billed separately.
All invoices must be paid in full before activation or renewal.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Implementation & Support

Travexl will provision your branded instance within 14 business days after payment and receipt of all required inputs. This timeline applies to core features only; additional modules or customizations may take longer.
Ongoing support is available via email or messaging during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Planned updates or patches may require brief scheduled maintenance windows to ensure smooth operation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate content, branding assets, and business information during onboarding.
Use the system responsibly and restrict access to authorized staff only.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, including licensing and consumer protection rules relevant to your jurisdiction.

5. Data & Content

You retain full ownership of your agency’s customer data, bookings, and uploaded media.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required to deliver the service (e.g., payment processors).
Upon cancellation, you may request a copy of your data in a commonly used format before your account is deleted.

6. Platform Ownership & Licensing

Travexl is a proprietary, hosted platform. The source code, infrastructure, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Travexl, a product of Cyfer Solutions.
No part of the software, codebase, or technical implementation will be shared, licensed, or transferred to clients.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform during their active subscription period.
All rights not expressly granted remain with Travexl.

7. Custom Work & Add-ons

Custom modules, integrations, or workflows can be requested and will be evaluated for feasibility.
Work is priced either as fixed-scope deliverables or on a time-and-materials basis.
We reserve the right to decline custom requests that may impact platform stability, security, or performance.

8. Termination

Subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of a term with 30 days’ written notice.
We may suspend or terminate access due to unpaid fees, misuse, or policy violations.
On termination, your instance and data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Travexl is provided as-is. While we strive for reliability and performance, no guarantees are made around uptime or uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost bookings, or business interruptions.
Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is limited to the total fees paid by you during that time.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
